Sometimes I feel that there is nobody around me who can keep up with my speed and endurance. I am also very good at swimming and running. This, of course, is just a feeling. However I would like to try a Triathalon. I am aware of the fact that it is one of the hardest disciplines at all, but even so it is just a right challenge to me. Your suggestions would be welcome.
I admire your courage! Although it is in fact among the hardest disciplines, triathlon attracts many top athletes to join and see how good they are. Only those with strong mind and discipline can finish the race. Not to mention good form, hard work and dedication. First you have to give yourself enough time to adjust your body to such extreme effort. You will need raw power, speed and endurance. Don’t expect good results over the night. Your nutrition is of great importance. Get plenty of rest. You should check with some coaches and more experienced athletes. They may give you valuable insight about triathlon competition.
