I only have bowel movements every 2-3 days, i'm constipated 90% of the time. I've been that way as far as i can remember. Is this normal? :)
I feel your pain Guest. Try not going for a week or more at a time! Any remedy?
that's normal. especially if you've been that way all your life, you probably just have a slow digestive system. as long as its atleast once between 1-3 days.
