i am curently in day 11 post tonsillectomy. i had some bleeding last night from one of the scabs falling off and i did what i was told to do to stop the bleeding and it stopped. now i have a little red dot on that side of my throat that looks like a pen mark. also, once one side bleeds, will it bleed again? I am 22 and i have never had any surgery before so i am a little paranoid about this one, i didnt know if the red dot was a clot or just part of the healing process. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!!

You must remember that any "injury" forms a scab and if the scab comes off before it is healed underneath it will bleed again and then form another scab. It sounds to me like part of the healing process, but I am not a doctor. If you are really concerned go seek professional advise.
