How long will it be for the swelling goes down completely? I'm not a young person my first mistake. I feel horrible my stomach feels like I have gas in it that won't release. Happily, a lot of the pain has subsided as I'm now on my 10th day. I can't eat anything of substance per doctors orders. I'm getting heartburn now I took a Prilosec tablet. It seems it has yet to kick in. Then in ability to swallow without any discomfort. All to curb my sleep apnea if I knew it was going to be this bad maybe I would have had surgery. I guess it does not matter now it's done. I just need to get past this uncomfortable period. I'm trying but sure is hard. Any ideas on what soft things I can eat. I have had it with eggs, pudding, applesauce? I going to get some of those Easymacs.
