Hello! I’m 19 and have ben dating this girl for 3 months now. We are having sex as well, we are actually having a lots of sex and I usually ejaculate after every. The thing is that I haven’t had that much sex before and the problem is that I feel some pain after ejaculation now. What could be wrong? Can amount of ejaculations cause this?

Hi! I don’t think that ejaculation has anything to do with this pain. It is probably nothing serious. The pain is probably not in the testicles but rather in the ducts carrying sperm to the penis which have a muscular coat. This can go into spasm causing pain. Concerning that sperm travels while ejaculation, this is the time when the pain happens. It will probably go away on its own. But, if the pain persists, pay a little visit to a GP! Have fun and take care!!!!!!

who *originally* posted that original question. I know marchessault psots loads so that can't be all his!

I'm itnerested if that guy found any solution. It dtoes exist, is related to masturbation. More after than during. And from too frequent masturbation. I also ejaculate every time, as many times as I want. But it gets damn painful if I were to let myself do that.

Most people don't masturbate that much 'cos they can't get it up or ejaculate more than once a day.

I once did 7 times a day and had bad pain. i'm interested in if this guy had a solution. somebody else also here postign a thread on april 8th 2006 has the same problem too.

Solution, nothing other then some time. I get a ball ache if I get too many erections in a row. Can take an hour before the ache goes away. Ya, feels like a kick in the testes and it just aches.

Walking around makes it feel a little better. Sitting doesn't help at all.

i have intimate realtionship with my girlfriend and often after that i did not ejacuate out i felt pain in my ball. Is that normal? I have to settle myself to get the pain away.

to the poster that said he has pain which then goes after ejaculation. That is discussed all over the net. They call it blue balls. Apparently no big deal. And as you said, it goes after ejaculation. What you ambiguously call "settling yourself".

Well.. posting 2 years later!

As far as the problem of pain from
a) too much arousal and no ejaculation
b) too many ejaculations.

I would avoid 'a' personally.. but it may be ok..

I have found a few changes that improve things..
- A comfortable chair. Not a hard surface e.g. plastic chair. A comfortable chair improves blood flow in the groin area, and elsewhere, like in the legs. I was getting pins and needles in my leg at one point. A computer /secretary type chair is much better than a plastic one.

- As has been mentioned (I think on the jackomatic site), masturbation is best done lying back. I find little or no side effects if doing that.

- I have found that keeping the legs apart when sleeping, helps the testicles. This could be done with a cushion between the legs. Or if that hurts your legs, and you cannot adjust it. Then just learn to sleep with them wide apart!
The first time I discovered this, was at one time when things were bad, my balls ached as I slept until I put a cushion in between my legs.
You get better blood flow if you legs are apart.

- I have a theory that the pain I had, either from too many ejaculations or ejaculating for too long, was a varicocele, or varicoceles. or something like it. And maybe one or two other common things. I can go into detail about how I came to that conclusion..
But a varicocele is a varicose vein.. It boils down to blood flow. And gravity keeps the blood down and causes more of a problem. Lying back defeats that.

There was a time that I found when after masturbation (perhaps too many times) my testicles ached so terribly I just lay on the bed curled up somewhat.. I found that they would "recharge eventually", and when I could lie back and sleep.. Eventually I would sleep, and the next day they would be alot better, and the day after, even better . In retrospect, I think it wasn't so mcuh "recharging" , it wa more that lying back preventing gravity from making the situation worse.
Lying back helps for a varicocele.

Stretching the legs before masturbation might help too.. I reckon it imprves blood flow.. And it's something you can do lying back..

of course, sitting down is more discrete.. lying back and masturbating makes it easier to get caught.. But health is health.. you know, maybe pull your duvet over!

One could always get a scan - ultrasound - I guess it's harmless, and it is a detection thing. So at least you can know what is wrong..

There is a cure for a varicocele - if that is what I have.. ((google. It's a quick operation) . But I am currently finding that there is no need.

I have had pins and needles, like numbness in the nuts before..

I had, many times, a dull ache..
I did manage to narrow down it down to a testicle. Usually left. Sometimes right.. (if i recall correctly).
I narrowed it down by tapping my testicles to see which was sore or more sore.
And a varicocele is on the left more often than the right. Since that side has more veins.
I then felt my scrotum squeezing above the testicles - squeezing it together to feel any swelling of veins. And I did feel a bulge during pain. And as pain went, the bulge decreased. So, very varicocele like..
One time all the veins on the left side of my scrotum went hard.. like strings on a violin.. (that was after 3 months of 10 hours+ /day of masturbation without ejaculation.. I was doing an experiment)

I did once get a real bad pain in the left one, and grow a soft bit on te end of it.. Dunno what that is.. Not causing me any discomfort nowadays though. maybe epididymitis or something. On a youtube video I saw, it said hard lumps on the nuts are what to sorry about. Not soft ones. So it's not serious.

obviously see a doctor if you are concerned.. that is just my experience. Hope it helps somebody and doesn't harm anybody more than they are already!

The short answer to your question about 'overuse' is a good one. A surprisingly large number of men suffer from this kind of pain and it can indeed be caused by what is essentially a repetitive injury to the muscles and nerves involved in ejaculation, including among others the psoas muscles and levator ani.

A non-medical cure is abstinence. Try to give your boys a week or more off duty. Warm baths will help. A doctor may be willing to prescribe a muscle relaxant for you, such as diazepam.

Of course, other things may be at work. Infection, torsion of the testicles, but given your description of your sexual activity, overuse of the ejaculatory systems - like tennis elbow - can be overworked and traumatized.

When in doubt, always see a physician.

solution for this would be to learn how to have multiple orgasms without the ejaculation (i think this might limit the occurence of pain since there is only one ejaculation, but the pleasure connected sure is a big plus). you need to strengthen your pc muscle first though and even after that, there's a lot of training to be done.

It could be that you have too many veins going to your testicals and blood is pooling up. Get a physical done on them to find out.

The solution to the achey-ness from masterbating frequently is to buy one of those hand held back massagers from Brookstone. After frequent masterbation, turn the massager on as high as you can stand it and press it firmly up into the groin area, behind the testicles. The 'taint' area as some people call it. Pressing the massager up into that area where all the muscular contractions are happening will relieve the ache. Hold it there for at least five minutes. This helps me anytime ive had that painful and unrelenting ache.

Resurrecting a very old post, but if anyone's interested, I find that when this happens, rubbing one or two drops of pure peppermint oil on my hands, then rubbing it against my balls and penis can make the ache go away within a matter of a few seconds. Peppermint has menthol in it, though, so it will make a cooling, tingling sensation (which I quite enjoy) that can easily become way too intense if you use too much! One drop should do! I use Young Living peppermint oil since it's unmodified and safe to use. Crushing peppermint leaves and rubbing them against it would probably work too.

It sounds like voodoo, I know, but I'm not aching anymore. Are you? :)

I found that rubbing/massaging around a little above my bladder eased the pain
