I just had a toral hysterectomy 1 week ago. I am recuperating well at home. Need to know how soon will menopause set in? How can I prepare for this? Do I need to take HRT immediately?

hi sue i am 73 years of age had myhysterectomy when i was very young now i am in the menopause stage my blows move so slow because of the muscle down there are gone so i will tell what ever u do exercise as much as u can to try to build them back cause u are going to need them when u try to go to the bath room
