Hi, I'm 23 years old and recently I have gotten these strange bumps or blisters close to the top of my penis just beneath the head itself. They appeared after one vigorous masturbation session, later on after a few days they disappeared but reappeared again when I had sex about a week after the first appearance. Ever since they appeared they disappear and reappear again after some kind of a stimulation, either by having sex or by masturbating. Has anyone got any idea of what could they be and how do I treat those blisters?
It is very hard to make a diagnosis based on the description that you gave in your post but judging by the cause you listed I’d say this is a common case of penis lymphocele. Lymphocele is a collection of lymph that accumulates in pockets or tanks that you see as blisters beneath your skin. Lymph is a drainage liquid, actually it is liquid commonly found in intercellular spaces all around the body. It is drained into the bloodstream by special channels called lymph vessels. Lymphocele appear when drainage of lymph is blocked, in that case lymph accumulates in blisters and stays there until drained in some other way. Penis lymphocele are not dangerous, they are not infectious and they usually disappear on their own. If they appear after having sex or after masturbation you should drain them yourself by applying pressure on the blister. To make them go away permanently you should avoid having sex or masturbating for a couple of weeks. If they still continue to be a problem for you, you should address this matter to your GP or your urologist. Hope that you will solve your problem with success.
could be pearly penile papules (penile papules, PPP), it is not an STD or abnormal..look it up and see if it is similar to what u have.
I have just encountered the same and it feels like a blockage........it goes down when pressure is applied but then returns. Had this some years ago and it dissapeared on it's own pretty soon. This time is taking a little longer......is this the same? How long can it last for?
I came across the same thing about a month a go. It comes and goes, definitely worse after any sexual activity. I just discovered, after reading about the posibility, that it does reduce slowly as I press it. What I don't understand is what it is about sex that makes it fill up again. Is it the stimulation, or does the lymph only get going when you are aroused? Or only when you generate and pump semen? I can't find any info about this. Other problem is that sitting there pressing it to drain it can also create an erection, which can be counter-productive.

yeah that's what I have too. It looks exactly as it does in those pictures. Everything I've read about it says it should go away within days. I've had mine for about a month and it recurrs every time I get hard. Also, did either of you guys notice a hard, vein-like object in that area when erect?
im only 14. i just ejacualated for the first in my life yesterday(the best day of my life) and i experenced the same thing. its so anoying. it finally was almost all the way down and i started jacking off and ejaculated and its back :-( just as bad. Why me!!!! WHY ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd relax, also I find it helpful to provide a light massage to the area, and like someone else suggested, let some time pass before sex. Again it is benign and not something serious. :-D
hello i masturbated 3 times in a row last night and when i awoke the next morning i have this lump from my penis head to the penis head bottom i really feel like it something bad . i cant take it feeling like my penis will be unusable im finding it diffucult ot get erect and it isent as big as usuall please help me i cant stand this any longer .. it only hurts when i masterbate it feels like something is blocked or something its really worrying
I had one of these a couple months ago. The hard lump began at the top end of my penis and continued clockwise around to the underside. I thought it was a vein at first. I could not locate a vein however, which made me more concerned. It had occurred immediately after sexual activity, so I was confident it was related.
The photos described the problem exactly. And being a lymphocele explained why it felt like a vein, but I couldn't see one. It took mine almost a month to go away. It did not go away gradually, but finally, after much relief, over the course of a few days.
While I was quite worried at first, finding information on this site did a lot to help abate my concerns.
I'd second the suggestions, hold off on sex until it goes away. There's plenty of time for that afterwards. You filthy animals!!
Thanks

one night after masterbation i got what looks just like in the pictures, but it was much lower on the shaft. Does that mean this is not what i have? It has gotten much smaller after a few weeks and is almost gone.
I have a similar problem. The other day I woke up with a painful blister that looks really close to the pictures linked to on this page. I've tried massaging it and trying to drain it wiht no luck. The sore doesnt fit any other pics i can find, and there is no reason for an std (its been quiet some time since ive had sex TBH). Its really concerning me primarily because of the pain...what could htis be?
my wife thought is was pimple she almost pick on them. mine is pimple like, 4 of them, hard small ones the coor is white. its located under the penises head. and its not blocking anything on my penis after sex. what is this? anyone?
I'm 22 years old, it's been over a year since I last had sex, but in that time, what started as an inoffensive, 1/2" long veinlike lump has lengthened nearly all the way around my penis. It can be uncomfortable, but causes no pain of any kind with routine masturbation.
I've tried massaging numerous times. This causes some discomfort and/or dull pain, although I am being cautious as to not massage too hard. Massaging the line has not reduced the condition at all. I estimate that the growth started about 4 to 5 months ago, and I haven't experienced any trauma to the area of concern, but I am concerned. Please advise me.
When attempting to massage a possible lymphocele, should one pinch the vessel away to rub it, or rub it into/against the shaft?

ive been looking for an explanation of my problem and reading your messages and other sources think im nearly there? when im flacid its fine, when i get an erection its fine, but the more i get aroused there is a white/clear sack appears about a small finger nail in size half an inch below the head, ive had it for as long as i can remember, it does look like a clear but more white blister, it doesn't hurt or bother me in any way and i too have found pressing it makes it go away, other than that its just the fact that when im with someone it obvoiusly makes me insecure and them curious to what it is, i tend to hide it at the later stages of sex... i just wanted to ask all out there if they think its the same as thay have and if anyone can confirm that it is a lymphocele? ive read that sometimes there is a tiny whole in the layers that allows the fluid to penetrate into the space just under the skin... this would explain it fully, do i just have to exept it as an inperfection or is there something i can do?
