I am a 18 year old male, and a senior in high school. I was always over-weight since the time I was 8. I'm 5'6 and my sophomore year I weighed 250 pounds. I knew I needed to lose weight, and I did so the healthy way. I ate healthy and exercised. About 3 weeks ago, I weighed myself, and was 165 pounds. I weighed myself this morning, and was 153 pounds. My friends are concerned because I still see myself as fat, and I don't eat as much as I used to. I eat dinner at night sometimes, and may occasionally have a bagel for breakfast, but I just don't get hungry. I still see the belly, and I really want it to be gone, but at the same time, if I'm doing something I shouldn't be, I don't want to be doing that. I saw people I care about suffer from anorexia/bulimia. But I just don't think I'm like that. I mean, I eat when I'm reallly hungry, just not eat when I get my first thought of "I'm Hungry." If something is wrong, let me know, I don't want to end up like my cousin. I am just trying to get fit and stop being overweight.
i mean.. from 250 pounds to 153? that is a big improve! In my opinion you should keep exercising, don't be afraid of eating, as long as you are eating healthy, avoid high calorie foods like pizza..cheese..soda. however you still need to have all the nutrition. anyways keep it up and good luck!

At 5'6" and 150 pounds, you are at a pretty good weight. Perhaps you see a belly, but I think you are probably already at a healthy weight. Instead of keeping yourself from eating, but you should really just try exercising to lose the belly at this point instead of dieting. What has likely happened is that you're not as hungry as you were because you're used to starving yourself. You will need to force feed yourself a bit to get back to a normal eating schedule. If you don't, you will continue to lose weight and it could become unhealthy. Please avoid that as much as possible!

150 pounds at 5'6 is considered over weight.
