my partner and i are trying to have a baby, but the past week or 2 he has been having 'problems in the bedroom'
he says he feels like having sex and gets a slight erection, but it only lasts for a few minutes. he thinks its because of his recent weight gain and that it has decreased his sex drive....is that true? like is it a valid reason?

i ovulated today (or tomorrow) and we tried having sex, and it was going good for about 10 minutes when i thought he has ejaculated. i told him to grab tissues and he told me he hadn't finished yet, but then after that he went all soft. he thinks he had a 'fake' one. he says its like having an orgasm, but nothing comes out? what is that?

i was so upset because we are trying to have a baby and it is ovulation time.

what are the chances that he had pre-cum before his fake orgasm and what are the chances it could get me pregnant?
He may be concentrating to hard to get you pregnant. He thinks that every time you two have sex, he has to try to get you pregnant. That could be laying in the back of his mind.
As far as his weight gain, it may be making him self concious about it, maybe he feels he is not attractive any more and he's only there to make you pregnant, which i'm sure is the farthest from the truth in your thinking.
Also about the pre cum issue. There is very little sperm in pre cum. The chances are very slim that you can conceive thru that.
I don't like to promote drinking, but maybe you two can cozy up with a bottle of wine or a couple beers and let him relax a little, i don't know, it may create a diversion for him so he can do his thing. Good luck.
