I feel you man, that thread is a year old and I'm not sure what happened to any of those guys. I was hoping one of them would come back and talk about what happened to them since a year ago but no one did. I get the twitching sensation in my testicular area and it's very annoying. Also when I try to feel where it's coming from I can never seem to pin point where it's coming from. I just know it's from somewhere down there. It could be somewhere deeper than what my fingers can feel. Anyways I hope someone can respond to us and let us know if they where ever diagnosed.

Hi. Did yours happen like once a day. Mine happens like 1 time a day and lasts like a few seconds. It feels like a twitch your skin will have on your hand that twitches in one spot. It feels like your being tickles but your not. Is it like yours?
