I am two months periods delayed. I felt some nausea and dizziness, discharging white blood. i am food cravings this two months but I dont feel breast tendesness. these fast few days i have some blood or brownish spotting like starting having a period. but i dont have any cramping or pain on my bellys. I took a HPT 5times but it turns out negative. My husband and I are trying to have a baby. my last pregnancy was ten years ago. I am 42 yrs old. I had a reversal tubal ligation 6months ago. after operation I had a very regular and heavy period before we are trying to concieve.please help me.Am i pregnant? is this a sign of ectopic pregnancy? i am really confuse.

No pain is a good sign as it is likely not an ectopic pregnancy.
Not all HPT's are accurate. Are you following the directions carefully and using your first morning void? It is the most concentrated so more likely to show a positive.
It's not quantity you want.
If it's been two months, you should see your doctor. You have some indications that something is going on but without an exam we can't be certain as to what.
