Hey guys , I found that a white substance has been formed around my penis and it is known as smegma. I found ways to clean it but it didn't help me. My penis is little sensitive. I can't open the foreskin completely from my penis's head (I can open upto half forehead).I tried to clean it with soap and water loosely but it didn't work. It has got black in colour and is tightly sticked to my penis . What should I do??
