ok this works - for men and women
1) for men especially - It helps if you urinate straight after sex
2) Buy some 'active balance' from boots - a neutralizer designed for women comes in individual tubes but the tube end can be inserted into the end of the penis and squeeze a little in - as deep as you can be comfortable with (it helps to lubricate the end a little with the fluid first). Its a little expensive but I clean the end of the tube, cover and use many times until empty. Only use when you notice a smell and keep the liquid in for at least 30 mins before washing but can be left for as long as you want. Doing this gets rid of the smell every time al LEAST until you next have an orgasm / sex

i know you say that but if it's just a fish odour then theirs a chance it's Fish odour syndrome, otherwise known as Trimethylaminuria, is an unusual metabolic condition which means you have difficulty breaking down and digesting certain compounds found in food. Most people’s bodies don’t have a problem breaking down timethylamine (TMA) and turning it into timethylamine oxide (TMAO) but for those that do the Trimethylamine is instead disposed through your sweat, breath and urine giving off a pungent fishy aroma. Unsurprisingly it can be a tad distracting and more than a little embarrassing and the smell tends to get worse around menstruation. However, there is help at hand for sufferers with a variety of antibiotics and probiotics available that can help ease the condition. Eating a diet low in choline also helps though can be tricky; choline is found in high amounts in eggs, wheat germ and certain meats but a doctor should be able to provide you with further information.

This is a common issue, and it is usually caused by the bacteria that thrive underneath the foreskin. It can be difficult to get rid of the smell, even if your boyfriend is really good about washing the area, but there are several things you can do. First, he should wash every day underneath the foreskin and remove any smegma - the white, cheesy stuff that accumulates there. A mild cleanser is better than soap, which can cause irritation. He should rinse very thoroughly with warm - not hot - water, and make sure it is completely dry before replacing the foreskin. Wearing loose, cotton underwear is best, and applying a penis health creme with vitamin A after bathing can help reduce the presence of odor-causing bacteria.

It is pretty normal for an uncircumcised male to have odor issues A lot of bacteria collect under the foreskin throughout the day and night. But a good penis health creme containing Vitamin A will help with your boyfriend's penis odor. The Vitamin A will kill the odor-causing bacteria down there, and you should see an improvement within a few days. Good luck.
