Hi. I had unprtected sex with my boyfriend on my 8th day of the birth control pills and he came inside me. It was the first time that i started taking birth control pills. I missed my first period but i heard that its expected. Its been almost two months and im supposed to get my period in 5 days but theres no symptoms of early pregnancy. But still is it possible? Thanks
Technically you were protected if you were taking the pill. Unless you are referring to the use of a condom. By the 8th day, the pill should be on it's way to doing it's job of not allowing you to become pregnant. I never missed a period while i was on them, i don't know why that happened to you. I suppose anything is possible as i have heard of women getting pregnant while on the pill. Tho it's rare. Your best bet is to take a pregnancy test, but i don't think you have anything to worry about.
I just read the brief summary and it says missing 1 menstural period is expected. Im not experiencing any nausea, dizziness or any other symptoms of early pregnancy but like you said I'm going to get a pregnancy test just to be sure. Thanks
