Unsuccessful Septoplasty Issue

I am struggling too, septoplasty and turbinoplasty one year ago and nasal valve repair. Though I can blow stuff out now through that side, which is great, there is too much solid structure in the way to get air through to allow me to breathe. The surgeon say nothing more can be done, which is devestating.

I had septoplasty oct 2013 and it was unsuccessful and I cannot breathe through left nostril feels congested all the time. There is no nasal passage on left side on a slit. Now my left eye is being affected by the pressure. Will need to go back and have it redone. Not what I wanted. What happens if it doesnt work second time.
