i did a early pregnancy test and it came back positive.from what i can work out i would only be early on. i have all the signs of being pregnant eg: lower back pain, sore breasts, peeing more then usual, unusual sensations in my lower belly,fatigue, hungry alot... but i have been bleeding for about 2 days now, its not like any of my other periods ive had in the past and i dont have any pain like a miscarriage (ive had 1 before) i just have a unusual sensation in my belly. so im just confused about what it could be and if i should be worried. could i just be one of the women that have periods in pregnancy.
