IM CONSTANTLY DOING AEROBIC EXERCISES, AND CRUNCHES/SITUPS. ALL THE TIME, BUT I STILL HAVE SOME FAT AT THE TOP OF MY STOMACH RIGHT BELOW MY PECS. i WAS WONDERIN IF ANYONE KNOWS ANY EXERCISES THAT WOULD WORK THE UPPER ABS? MY LOWER STOMACH IS OK. I DONT HAVE ABS, I HAVE A FLAT STOMACH, WHICH IS FINE WITH ME. I JUST DONT WANT TO BE FAT, HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS FAT? PLEASE, ANDY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!! =>
