years i am facing a problem of urge urination and i cannot hold it. I'm a
male 37, I pee the normal number of times the average 8 times during a
day, but my problem is when I feel the need to pee I can't
hold it, I can't make it to the toilet without some leakage maximum
time..
At night I wake up fast and make it to the toilet although huge urge is there and some time leakage also, but during the day when I'm a bit far from a toilet or any body is in toilet the problem occurs, and I wet my pants with more than few drops. several times i did urinate into my pant even i tried to hold but cant. Last evening after urinate I went out from my home to say Eshar Prayer. after completion of prayer I filled huge urge of urination and I cannot make it to toilet. between an hour and 15 minutes its happened two time.
when i pass stool i do pass urine 2 or 3 times and i feel that my bladder is not completely empty.
once i had constipation problem. that time i filled that when stool was passing there was a pressure into my bladder.though stool was too hard i cleared stomach every day by given more pressure. now a days constipation problem almost cure although early morning still i cannot clear my stomach.
I usually drink 1 and half to two liter water. I did several test like urin RME, Ultra sono graphy(PVR), blood test(esr), uroformity test. but nothing found out except over active bladder. Prostate is in normal shape
