I'm an 18 year old male and have recently (probably almost 9 months) been getting a slight leakage of urine as well as a strong ammonia/fishy smell associated with it. On occasion, i also sometimes get a pain or an urge to keep urinating after urinating after ejaculating and also jelly-like urine.
I've been cleared for STD's and UTI's. I'm quite worried as its embarrassing and hoping to get an answer ASAP.

Ok you covered alot of things here lets try and address each one... I understand its embarrassing but you are also welcome to message me ok. Guys our age sometimes get a urinary tract infection. You can go see you doctor or there are a few things you can try for 3 day and see if it clears up. Try drinking 4 to 6 classes a day of Lihgt Ocean Spray Cramberry Juice, this will clear up a small infection in the Urinary Tract... If in 3 days its NO BETTER go see you doctor.. As to the leakage, while drinking the Cramberry Juice, you should set down to Urinate. YES i know girls do that, But Men tend to not totaly empty their bladders standing to void. so It will not hurt you and it costs knowthing RIGHT. The Jelly-like Seem/urine can be from not masterbating as much as you need to to clear out the tubes Or clear out any infections. You can also call like walgreens Drugs and ask if they have aan over the counter drug called "PHENAZOPYRIDINE HCI" this is for Low grade Infections of the bladder and Urinary Tract.
