Hi, I m Adeel from Pakistan, I have started my gym since a month ago, now pls suggest me and clear my confusion.
As U know that in Pakistan temperature reaches up to 40-45 degree Centigrade, so can it possible to use cretien in such types of conditions?
My height is about 6 feet and body weight about 80-85 kg so how much quantity of cretien I can use while I spend 90 minutes every day in gym?
And U guys being professionally advise me to use even better than ceretien but without any of side effects. And for better result in size of muscle and stamina.
Also guide me can I use this when I will not go to gym, and will it better in pre or post? Or both ways will be in good result?
Pls guide me accordingly if U don't mind.
