You're using the internal cream application right? Are you sure it's just not that coming out? I've had that problem too and that stuff can be messy. Always put it in before bed, because it won't flow back out if you're lying down, or not a lot of it will. Always make sure to wear a panty liner also, because of the whole flowing back out factor. Not much else you can do, I prefer the suppository ones instead.
