Not sure of the reason for the looseness but Kegel's exercises are suppose to work to tighten the muscles in that area. Here's a website I found, don't get freaked out by the 4 points at the top, or the mention of after childbirth. The muscles you need to exercise are the ones at the opening to the vagina. If you sit on the loo, start to pee, and then try to stop, it is that movement which is called Kegel's Exercises. You simply squeeze that band of muscles.
You can check if you are doing it right. With a finger inside your vagina, squeeze hard, and your finger will feel the movement.
To get better muscle tone after a baby, do ten squeezes every hour you are awake. nobody can see you doing them!_To increase pleasure with intercourse, practice the movement so you know you've got it right, then do it ten times an hour, and during masturbation and lovemaking. You will soon feel the difference, and, with luck, so will your partner._To help with the vaginal trainers, practice the movement before using the trainers, then squeeze and release when you push a trainer into the vagina. It will make the pressure feel less, and help the trainer in.

I am 25 years old. I am still a virgin. im in bad health from my childhood and still im very underweight. my height is 165cm and weight is only 40KG!!!!!!!!! my problem is vaginal looseness!!!!i was not concerned about it previously. but now i have done a lot of research over the net about it. my question is as i am a virgin but why im facing this problem? i would like to mention that i didnt care much of my health from my childhood. is it a cause? i feel the looseness extremely when i am on the bed. and sometimes when i stand up i fell weight in my vaginal area.i think i had some bad habits in past days like masturbating and i used to insert my finger into my vagina just for curiosity. now im paying a lot for my CURIOSITY! but i stopped masturbating about 7yeras ago. but i still have the problem. Please answer me why im having this problem?
