Yeast infections don't usually cause discharge or if theyy do, it's white or clear. If you have having a dark dischsrge and came back negative for yeast I would suggest that maybe you have bacterial vaginosis, which is similiar to a yeast infection but is caused by bacteria as opposed to fungus..it's not sexually related so don't be scared..Very common amd natural to have . They actually have kits in stores to check for this. Hope this helps.

Thank you! I have been having the same problem now off and on for the past week and read your post and took a shower and checked and yep I had white stuff around my clit and took wet Qtips and cleaned the area out and now still a little tender and some throbbing hopefully it will calm down and will go back to normal. This is an area I had no clue about but thanks to you and the other post I now have a clean clitoris.

Yes - Tea Tree oil works - as stressed above, be sure to use Therapeutic grade oils. If you are buying it and it says 100% pure or organic it is NOT THERAPEUTIC GRADE.

Red wine has tannins and sulfites which have many allergic symptoms associated with them. Other foods have these also and although you might not be drinking red wine all the time, some food you crave and eat at period time might. It wouldn't surprise me if it's related even if there is no scientific evidence yet.
We as women are all so damn embarrassed to seek medical help for V issues, me included!

I had this issue for awhile. Build up under the clit hood, pain and unbearable itching. My Gyno told me the likely cause it solidification of fluids that moisturize the clit. Some people are more likely to get it than others based on the shape and depth of the hood. Ensuring that it gets cleaned when you shower is the easiest fix but if the shape makes it difficult ( like mine) try bathing in apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil for 20-30 minutes a week. I use the time to shave my legs and clean up down there. Hair retains so if you have this problem constantly you may not want to bear it all. I use a cotton round to gentlemy exfoliate. I suppose a wash cloth would work but these are softer. I then shower to get the smell off me, dry off and put a tea tree soaked common round over the area, with a pair of underwear to hold it on while I finish getting dressed. It immediately stops the itch, so you can do it whenever it flares up. Soaking helps to losten the solid adhesions on the clit and remove the source of the discomfort. I really hope this helps. I’ve been doing it for a few weeks and haven’t had any flare ups. I did it a couple months ago but stopped and it eventually got worse. If you keep on it, it shouldn’t bother you at all. Just don’t be lazy like me.

Thank you Alice!!!!! This is exactly what is going on with me also! I need to take more baths instead of showers I do believe. And that will be great because I can relax for a little while laying in the bath tub. Thank you so very much!!!

Hello!
I have been suffering from chronic yeast infections for almost 2 years now!

I have this a lot. Might need to get checked for diabetes. Diabetics are prone to yeast infections.

I know this is an old post but for reference for everyone else, I had the same thing for 8 months and tried everything and tested negative for everything. I think it is just yeast and candida, the only thing that finally got rid of it for me was using this natural herbal parasite cleanse called Humaworm, if it's potent enough to kill off parasites it's going to kill off all Candida and yeast in your body too, I felt immediate improvement the first week and the stayed on it for 2 months after which it was finally completely gone and has never come back. Oh and I also took probiotics Threelac and Syntol AMD, I was on these before the Humaworm though for many months and they didn't fix it 100% alone but made the discomfort somewhat manageable and I continued to take these too throughout the parasite cleanse.

White discharge, off white, kinda yellow, and clear are all normal and discharge can and usually does change color and consistency depending on where you are in your cycle. White discharge does not mean fungus or bacteria ladies
