I have a soft lump about the size of a golf ball about 3 inches in my vagina, it hurts sometimes when i use tampons and when im having sex. is this a vaginal cyst?

also for the last 3 or 4 days ive had stomach pains, like an achy feeling when ever i move on my lower abdomen and ive had blood spotting and really dark brown discharge. im not anywhere near my period and my period ended about a week and a half ago. im not pregnant, i havent had sex in over 4 months and ive had normal periods. and also i have to urinate a lot.

could i have a urinary tract infection?
please help, !
