My dr. prescribed a pill this past thurs. by phone for what we thought a yeast infection. It's sunday morning and I'm still having bad itching. What could it be?

i have the same symptoms but my skin round my clit is split and bleeds ive been to the doc said it was thrush took the meds and ive still got it please help. im itching constantly, it burns to wee
