Hi everyone,
I'm 38 and have what I think is a varicole on the left hand side. I would describe it as a very hard lump about 5mm across seemingly attached to a tube but not the testicle itself. It is not painful although my left testicle is more tender that the right. The lump is easily visible whether sitting or standing.
Thing is the lump has been there a few years and I have always just ignored it. I'm a little worried now though as my father has advanced prostate cancer.
Any thoughts?
Thanks.
