My dog's left ear has a weird rash on it. It is read, and the veins seem elevated. Do you think that this could be vasculitis? Because it certainly sounds similar. I don't think that he is in any pain from it, though it does seem to be itchy? Does that sound like vasculitis to you as well? What should I do now?
