i chew tabacco and smoke. now i got this same lump right under my bottom lip. right where i put my dip. now im wonderin cause its only sore when i touch it, if it could be cancer or ingrown hair or something. someone please help this hurts bad when i touch it and dont suggest seeing a doctor aint been to one in over 5 years
I am 13 and I got a pes sized lump on my chin after my period ended. I'm not sure what it is! My mom figured it is just a pimple so I put toothpaste on it(thats what my family uses to get rid of blemishes), I tryed poping it but nothing ever happens. It is extremly painful, it's hard, and i can't do anything without it hurting! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
It's a boil!!! Relax!! it's like a pimple that's just much deeper in your skin. Don't pop it or anything that will just make it worse. Get a hot(not hot enought to burn you) washcloth and hold it on there for a while (20 minutes or so) do that for the next couple days, it will either just disapear or it will come up into a whitehead pimple(at that point you could try to pop it, but always be weary when doing that because if you miss some of it it will get stuck under your skin and create yet anouther boil.) I would suggest just waiting it out. It will go away very soon, DON'T STRESS ABOUT IT!!!
It's an embedded pimple. Put some hot compresses on it to make it surface--OR alternate with ice to make the circulation to the area increase and remove the problem. You may want to put an aspirin paste (2-3 aspirins dissolved in water) on it to help reduce inflammation and pain.

Well u better study harder! I highly disagree that its a hygiene issue i am a cosmetologist and i have to maintain a high standard of hygiene and i have one too.

I have a lump under my chin...it's been here about 3 months it starte out small...so I thought it was just a pimple...but over the past 3 months it's gotten a lot bigger its not the size of a golf ball...and it started hurting yesterday...and now today the f****r itches...I'm not really worried that its cancer or some serious thing like that...just curious of any ideas of what it could be?
I have an infection in my gums I believe. My teeth hurt so bad and have been for weeks. I don't have dental insurance so can't get teeth fixed.
