I was always in good shape with a slim figure, but after my 50th birthday, my stomach started getting larger. I was'nt concern in the beginning. I thought , okay, a little bloating, it's probably gas, then it got larger. I'll just workout more, I said to myself, since I knew I was'nt working out as often as I use to, that did not work either. Not only did my stomach get larger, I would feel toned the first couple of days of excercise, but then I owuld start getting severe cramps everywhere (legs,feet.arms, hands), a few times my whole back just became one big cramp. When I was younger, excercise would eliminate cramps not make them worst. Anyway my stomach has reached a certain size it seems to be remaining at, and nothing I have tried so far has helped. I'm not gaining weight but my stomach does'nt seem to be going anywhere.
