Hi there! I am sorry to hear that you are in a lot of pain, and my answer might not be exactly what you want to hear but it is the right thing to do. Since you are only 10 years old, chances are that this has something to do with the up and coming puberty (I was only 10 when I got my period) so the best (but hardest) thing to do is to talk with your mom (or another trusted adult) They can set up an appointment with your family doctor (or if you don't want to talk with the doctor about it, chances are that your mom can call the clinic and tell them what's up and see what the next step should be)
It might be hard to bring this sort of thing up to your mom (or another trusted adult) but that is what they are there for. Good luck!
