Does taking vinagar reduce your colesteral level, and if so how much would you have to take each day?
I was just wondering that myself. further is their any correlation with cultures that use vinegar in the diet. Are there ANY studies..?
Are you looking for ways to reduce your cholesterol? Are you on any drugs, or are you trying to prevent the use of drugs by doing things with your diet? There are many things we do as a culture that are proving more and more to be harmful, yet the information is not getting out there. Obviously cholesterol is a very common challenge, and I work with it quite often.
