im literally the exact same situation im 15 and run track and cross country so i get lots of physical activity and exersize and i eat pretty well and drink lots of water but im sitting in study hall and i look down and notice that my stomach right below my ribcage and above my belly button is moving to my heartbeat. im pretty shook and confused and my stomach hurts like should i go to the nurse or something
