Hi, I'm 21 I was diagnosed with PCOS last November 2015, I decided to consult a doctor because of my irregular menstruation, I didn't get my period for 6 mos. and got lots of acne on my face...I got facial hair too...my doctor prescribed me bcp and it's my 4th month already and my skin is finer now but I wanna stop taking it due to its horrible side effects and I'd like to alleviate my condition in a natural way, can somebody tell me,if vitex is good for me?
