My son is,8yrs old. He is on 40 mg vyvance adhd meds. He was in the shower this evening and peed blood. Did anyone else experience this? I am thinking its a side effect

Vyvanse CAN increase his blood pressure dangerously. It can also cause other circulatory problems. Both can lead to kidney damage.
Without an exam we just can't tell.
