i feel like i constantly have to urinate and when i try to urinate a lilttle bit comes out and then i have that horribale feeling like i have to urinate and it hurts and the feeling is really bothering me!!...

It could be a urinary tract infection. They are very common.
See your doctor. They'll run a urinalysis and likely prescribe an antibiotic.

try drinking 8 oz of cranberry jucie a day for a couple of day and se if you start to feel better if not see the doc
