Hello, I'm 27 years old female. I have a fast heart beat and I can feel the same in my throat ( it weird feeling which i don't know how to explain), Watery mouth from past 15 days and at times light head. I burp most frequently. At times my palm and feet sweats a lot. Don't know what am I up to. Please advise.
there could be a lot of different things responsible for what you are experienceing. First off, define fast heartbeat. A clinically relevent fast heartbeat is over 100 beats per minute. This would be considered abnormal. You can get this from hyperthroidsim (you mention you sweat often also, weight loss, being skinny, and diarrah and feel hot are also often commenly present), a possible cardiac arrthmia (which can present with lighheadness) postualal orthostatic hypotension. and also anxiety. There are other things also, but thats what I could think of.
