we did an ECO scan for our baby and it showed that kidneys are different in size. Is that a problem?

Hi,

During Sixth month pregnancy we had done, ECO Scan for baby. After ECO can we got to know that baby Kidneys sizes are different Right Kidney Size :10.25 mm, Left Size:2.3mm. It is a problem?,if yes, it will effect baby after born. Could you please suggest me.
