I get it too. My doc told me to drink more water, sleep more and stress less. Sometimes life does get hard or u dnt realise u drink enough or struggle to sleep. I have lost all strength in my body many times at work where i have to lay down. I have vomited at wrk many times and even gone through phases of throwing up every morning. I have lost vision one day at wrk and tripped over a bin and fell to the ground and panted so much like i couldnt breath. Low blood pressure is hard to maintain. Any tips?
I have the same symptoms. Just happened today. I was tested for celiacs and other allergies all came back normal, thyroid too. I have been dealing with IBS symptoms since I was in high school and I am now 40!! I had colonoscopy that is also normal. I've decided to cut out gluten and it seems to help. I accidentally had gluten two days ago and really paying for it now. My neck was super itchy yesterday and felt bloated then today I lived on the toilet. Now completely exhausted and on couch. Shaking in my legs and felt like I was going to faint.
