I am 5"7 and weigh 55 kgs (I live in England), but in the summer I weighed 50 kilograms.. But for some reason, in the winter, those 5 kg (which is a lot more in pounds) comes back on. I know that these binge diets are bad, and that's why I'd rather have my 50 kg because I feel more comfortable at that weight. I just really get the munchies in the winter, it seems, but that's not all. I've always been skinny, but I'm afraid that'll change if I keep going at this rate. Whenever there's a bowl of food that's good, or if there's a bag of something tasty in the closet, I feel like I can't resist it and I keep thinking about it, even if I don't want to. I tend to eat when I'm bored (aka, whenever I'm not totally preoccupied) which is also a problem, even when I'm not really hungry I'll eat. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

Thanks :-)
