i have hypothyroid i m on thyronom 50mcg daily and i stimmunly put on weight from last 8months about 12kg its worst time for me and this cause depression ,body pain ,lethargic,and weakness . i want to lose weight and i goes gym thrice a week plz tell me diet plan to easily weight loss plz help me out

Try to cut the junk out of your diet (sweets, fried foods, cakes, soda). Such foods will only drain your body of energy and nutrients. Try to eat more vegetables with every meal. Eat some extra fruit before workouts. Sleep at least 7+ hours each night.
The list goes on. Remember, small steps will bring you to where you need to go.
