Well.....I'm 13 and weigh 200.4! I just went to Florida and walked a LOT and drank some water! Well then I came back and I gained ooo.2lbs I was 200.2 lbs! So I feel so big my shirt size is XL but I like tower 2 XL because it dosnt like snug on me but I wear size 16 in women's in jeans but I 5.6 ft tall. I'm taller than most kids at school and shorter than some but my mom and my dad and niece! They all say I'm not like super skinny but I don't look fat! But I just feel super big and ugly! :( Specially when I go in a store and I can't find my size or I can find it but when I try it on its too small :( but I do think Kim pretty sometimes and stuff? My mom says I shouldn't worry about anything because god made me like he wanted me to look anah that he thinks that I'm pretty in ever way to him as my creator. But boys look at me and stuff when we went to Florida ( they were cute too haha) but we were in Florida and stuff and my and my niece were playin volleyball and stuff and the ball went out they would given it to me and smile :) haha well thx for reading! Any advice?

 13 yr. old girl shouldn't have to worry about her weight but considering the fact that girls your age are either built like Playboy centerfolds or are overweight and that the reason is because of the hormones used to mass produce food now, it may be difficult to lose this weight. I would see if your mom or dad would take you to the pediatrician where you could ask for a doctor prescribed diet and if that isn't an option then slash your calorie and fat intake by at least half the amount you currently eat per day.  Drinks as much water as you possibly can and begin a walking routine immediately. Several times around the block to start and work your way up to further distances. Don't try any other exercises as that will only build muscle instead of remove fat and pounds. Find as many ZERO calorie foods as you can, like fruit and eat all you want of it in place of a high calorie high fat candy bar for instance. DON'T weigh umpteen times a day, every single day as it will only discourage you when you see small differences that are normal for the body anyway. Stick with this and the weight should slowly start to come off. 1-3 pounds a week maybe. Just remember, it took a half dozen years to put the weight on so it isn't going to come off in days or even a few weeks especially if you come from or have family members who are overweight naturally which means yours is hereditary.
