I have had a problem with not eating for the last 6 to 8 months or so. I'm not even sure when my problem started because I didn't realize I HAD a problem until other people told me I'd lost too much weight and then I realized I'd lost 30 pounds over the last year or so. I hadn't even noticed that I was barely eating once a day. So I started seeing a psychologist for anxiety and depression and I'm eating quite a bit more, but now I'm having a problem digesting, I think.
I started having quite intense pain in my left side, starting high, slightly above my kidney, in my back and then curving around my side two inches or so right of my hip bone. Sometimes, if I've eaten a big meal (which I have to force down, even now, since I never feel hungry anymore) I'll throw up an hour or so after, but not intentionally. Like I said I don't feel hunger anymore. When I do eat, I get very very nauseas everytime so its hard to eat without forcing myself. And now, I think due to being so skinny, I'm getting lightheaded, tired, and having joint pains.
I do still go to the bathroom regularly. I haven't been urinating as much, but everything else is pretty normal.
I don't want to go to a doctor if this is something that will pass with maintained healthy eating habits. Does my body need help digesting or will it adjust back?
