Hey for some reason after I masturbate I occaisonally get this sore pain on the underside of my penis when I don't have an erection I quite like the feeling but when I have an erection it starts to hurt abit more when I touch the underside, I tried to masturbate with it happening and it was fine afterwards the pain only happens sometimes and it sometimes happens to me when I wake up.
I am 15 and have had sex once and it was unprotected with my girlfriend I have checked all the symptoms of all STIs on medical website and checked if I had any of them on my penis and no I don't and Im really confused and scared can anyone help ?
It's possible that you have a minor irritation or a sore that you irritate by masturbating sometimes.
Or, it's possible that you have a tight frenulum. This is more likely if you are uncircumcized and your foreskin is still intact.
It's hard to say without more info and an exam. You may want to bring this up to your family doctor on the next routine visit to see him.
