If anyone would know whats going on with me, please tell me, i've been suffering from this weird feeling for several for a month now it comes and goes sometimes 3 times a week somtimes more, I feel this mild lower front teeth pain so mild but at the same time I have this weird mild inner chest back pain, I went to my heart doctor he did full diagnoses and theres nothing wrong or scary bless GOD, but I couldn't know what is this and btw im a 20 years old male, please tell me what could it be.
