My anus feels like something has been inserted or stuck half-way inside of it, but nothing seems to be there. Sometimes it itches bad, but mostly it feels like a shard of glass stuck in it. When I sit, I feel like I'm sitting on something. Went to a GP and she looked and said she could not see anything wrong on the outside. Did a finger examination and said that there was no blood, Was given hemorrhoid cream but that doesn't help the itch or the stuck feeling really at all. Seems to be getting worse. Bowel movements do not hurt, but seems to aggravate it soon after. I need to see a GI but any ideas on what is wrong with me please?
The inside of my anus feels like sandpaper has been ran through it. It is not a good felling. What is causing it?
