I am dealing with an acne prone skin and thus I have reduced eating fried foods. I read somewhere that oily foods not good for my type of skin. So please suggest what to eat and what not to eat as I have acne-prone skin?

Is your diet helpful? A friend of mine had adult acne all over her face, which caused her a lot of discomfort. Moreover, even when acne were gone they left red spots and scars afterwards. It was like a never-ending process. She tried different creams, pills, cosmetic treatments, as well as a diet which gave her only temporary effect.
