I am having sever fatigue: no energy and no motivation, I was taking adderall 20 mg for several years, it started not working so I took my self off I have been off the medication for over a year, I need to know what natural herbs and/or vitamins may help heal this problem, don’t know what to do have talked to my doctors but they don’t have any answers, I eat healthy and take needed vitamins because I had Distal RNY gastric by pass surgery in 1999 I lost from 340lbs to present weight of 120lbs, any articles or information that might help me figure out this problem
