My doctor has said my Amalyse levels are too high 184 result from my last blood test. What are safe levels and what could be causin this?

Amalyse levels should be 23 to 85, range is usually 40 to 140, greater than 140 is signature of possible pancreatic problem.
Lipase levels should be 0-160.
In my case I have had levels greater than 10,000. That was a severe case of pancreatitis reulting in a 15 day hospital stay. FYI
