Chances are high these are all signs of pregnancy but also could be the signs of hysterical pregnancy aka false pregnancy (pseudocyesis). This can mimic all the signs of pregnancy even enlarged stomach. Pseudocyesis is caused when women really want to be pregnant but have failed for months/years to do so.
