Im 15 (this passed February) and I have been taking Adderall since late spring/early summer of last year (10'). I have noticed the shrinkage that happens when I use it. I was never told this by my doctor, but when I googled it, I found this was normal. Right now I take fairly steadily 20MG 1-2 times a day. (Long lasting pill in the morning, or short acting afternoon, both if I have a lot of homework.) Anyway I was nervous because someone told me that there could be long lasting effects. I have found posts even on these forums about deterioration of the penis! I am 6 Inches, and would like to still "grow," and certainly not shrink permanently. Can someone give me an answer about this? And please, please, cite your source. I have never abused Adderall, and even though I see my doctor every three months about using it, at the moment it is an older female doctor and I would rather not have this conversation with her.
If you aren't comfortable with talking to your doctor, request a new one or to just talk with someone else. I'm pretty sure that Adderall won't cause shrinking unless it's abused. Even then, I highly doubt it.
